We adapt SOS Online to meet your specific needs. This is unlike other software programs and services in which require you to adapt to them. We put up a customized Web site just for your use, we create Web-based versions of your custom paper forms and put them online, we allow you to continue to use your existing billing system, we customize the organization of patient charts to match what you want, and we set up custom menus for your field staff users so it is very easy for them to document online.

Stephen J. Randesi
Stephen J. Randesi is the President and a co-founder of Home Healthcare SOS, Inc. Mr. Randesi brings over 30 years of software design, implementation, and management experience to the company. He has extensive experience in building world-class Web-based applications and has started and successfully grown a number of computer software companies.
Prior to founding Home Healthcare SOS, Inc., Mr. Randesi was a founder of The Saratoga Group, one of the computer industry’s leading providers of online software applications. The Saratoga Group’s CyberWise Online application was a highly successful Web-based software platform for online training and certification used by many Fortune 500 corporations.
The Saratoga Group was subsequently acquired by ChannelWave Software, a provider of customer relationship management software. Mr. Randesi served as the VP of Software Development and Professional Services for the CyberWise Online business unit.
Previously, Mr. Randesi co-founded Gen2 Ventures, a leading consulting and information services firm. In addition to publishing industry reports and newsletters focused on computer networking, he consulted with many of the nation’s top computer firms including Microsoft, IBM, HP, Cisco, and others.
Mr. Randesi also was a founder of Communications Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of IBM-compatible networking software that was used extensively by computer manufacturers and software companies. After successfully building this company, it was subsequently sold to 3Com Corporation.
Mr. Randesi has co-authored two books on the computer networking technologies and has had many articles published in industry trade publications. He has been an industry-recognized expert on networking technologies.
Mr. Randesi has a BA degree in Psychology from Colgate University and a Masters in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.
